Welcome to Lammi retreat center!

Are you looking for a place to have your retreat or workshop? Lammi Retreat Center is an old village school building situated in the middle of fields and forest - in the quiet countryside of southern Finland. It is 10 kilometers away from the centre of Lammi, about 100 km away from Helsinki or Tampere and a bit less than 40 km from Hämeenlinna and a bit more from Lahti. By car it takes one and a half hour from Helsinki or Tampere. The building has beds for 40 people, there is lot’s of space and a large, full equipped kitchen. This place is ideal for meditation and yoga retreats, also creative workshops. It is easy to get to the center of Lammi by bus from Lahti and Tampere.

"For self-organized groups, this is a very good place indeed. Even the fact, that this is a buddhist retreat center, did not bother me. The kitchen was functioning and spacious. Accommodation was good. Also, there is a big yard where one can play outdoor games for example."
